Prioritize backlog for the Digital Workplace development team and a consolidated implementation plan. This ensures that there is a clear direction for the team and that the teams’ efforts are applied where it creates the most value for Milestone. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that priorities are agreed across business areas. You bring stakeholders together and facilitate a shared understanding of value and any dilemmas that must be resolved. You ensure that features are clearly defined: What should the outcome be? What value is achieved? What are the acceptance criteria? What are the dependencies to other deliverables inside or outside the team?
