The Position As a Manager in Filling & Inspection Process Support, Site Support & Improvements, you will lead one of two newly established teams consisting of highly skilled specialists and professionals. These teams are focused on Filling and Inspection to support the global network of aseptic productions. Your role will involve establishing the team's direction, with a focus on employee development and ensuring the execution of area prioritizations and strategies. You excel in an environment where your decisions have a global impact across different sites and enjoy stakeholder management on a global scale. It is your responsibility to ensure that both IFP (Injectable Finished Products) sites, projects, and contract manufacturers receive the necessary support and solutions, both short-term to aid production and long-term by prioritizing improvements, optimizations, new facilities, and new technology.
