If you are ambitious in the kitchen and enjoy working with the best ingredients and serving quality and pleasure on every plate, we believe you could be our new a la carte Chef at Restaruant Ansvar - Greenery lab, which is Scandics front-runner and development site for a sustainable green ecological profile. At Restaurant Ansvar, the joy of food and quality will be served with respect for good ingredients. There will be a strong focus on vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes, produced on local ingredients in harmony with nature and balance with the environment and sustainability.

At Restaurant Ansvar, you become part of a team that is passionate about and takes great pride in the food served. You will help to create a vegetable-oriented menu at a high level, which is always based on seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is handled by our head chef with experience from Denmark and abroad, including several Michelin restaurants.
