About the role Your primary responsibility will be to create a stronger data-driven approach on how to estimate, plan and follow up on our ability to support the development of clinical trials from a Biostatistics resource perspective. You will be responsible to build metrics in Biostat, that would make internal and external benchmark possible. You will communicate with various senior stakeholders in Biostatistics and Data Science daily to help identify the best solutions. Additionally, you will support ongoing projects like outsourcing and other strategic projects in the area. Responsibilities to take:
