As an Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for developing tailormade biological in vitro assays and generating high-quality data using various techniques to guide the selection of lead compounds in our research projects under the guidance of senior scientists.
Your daily work and responsibilities will include:

Design, troubleshooting and execution of in vitro biological experiments

Interpretation and documentation of experimental work

Presentation of data to the research projects and being part of global cross-functional project teams

Working closely with other scientists and laboratory technicians to share ideas, collaborate on projects and contribute to scientific initiatives

We expect that you proactively identify and resolve experimental issues and that you take an interest in identifying, implementing, and optimizing new technologies and workflows including employment of automation (e.g. liquid handlers) and efficient data handling methodologies.
