As Director, Obesity Strategy you have the responsibility for the obesity strategy development and will facilitate the cross-functional strategy process ensuring an ambitious and impactful obesity therapy area strategy. You will work across the full value chain and apply your enterprise-wide mindset when outlining the strategic choices required to sustain leadership in obesity.This job requires a broad value-chain engagement and understanding to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation ensuring inclusion and in strategy development and commitment to implement and follow-through on the strategic plans.Some of your responsibilities will be to:
• Lead the Therapy Area Strategy (TAS), developing and reviewing the portfolio strategy to cater for latest competitive insights, future patient and HCP segmentations, and external eco-system developments ensuring we deliver on our mission to people with obesity
• Lead the development of the long-term obesity portfolio strategy by outlining and recommending strategic options to relevant cross-functional boards.
